Yup, that’s precisely what happens to me as well, and I’m willing to bet many other people too. It’s strange that we are a different person depending on our environment. Given the nature of my lifestyle, I feel like I have 10+ personalities. That plus the fact that I’m different when I speak other languages. And I’m a software engineer who writes and takes photos. This easily becomes confusing, but adds weight to the argument that the environment really does affect us.
