That’s part of developing influence. Crucial for sure. My favourite quote remains:

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” --Jim Rohn

I found that the more different skills you learn, the more influence gets developed. I’ve seen that over and over. That’s the reason it wasn’t in my top 3. But you are right, it deserves a very high spot.
