That’s awesome Colton! You are correct that by themselves, quotes are not enough to maintain momentum. I personally found that if I stick to a habit for 10 days or so, I build so much momentum that not persevering is actually more difficult than procrastinating. I stick to habits by qualifying and quantifying everything, down to the little details. That way, no matter what, I get gains and move towards my goals. Every day. ¡Poco a poco!
