Thanks again Jeff for the insightful comment! You are so right, and it couldn’t not be more timely for myself actually. I’m having some miscommunication issues with people I’m currently working and living with. There’s no way I could word my concerns with the “brutal” approach. I am, however, definitely not avoiding being honest. As you said, it’s about customizing the way the message is being given.
