Zig Ziglar once said these famous words:

“Motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing. That’s why we recommend it daily.” — Zig Ziglar

Well, he is right! If you stop taking action on something, you’ll lose the motivation for it.

Now, what I’ve noticed in the past few months since I went from being a multipreneur to a full-time employee is that I haven’t take the time to re-assess my self-awareness and, six months later, I feel like I don’t know myself anymore.

I used to be a junkie about self-help and did everything I could to improve my life and remain aware of how satisfied I was with multiple aspects of my life. I used multiple tools for that, but one of the most effective ones I still use is the Wheel of Life.

It looks like this:

The eight sections of the pie are suggestions. You can put whatever matters most to you. I tend to keep those but sometimes swap “Physical Environment” for “Impact/Contribution to the world”. But that’s really up to you.
