Here’s how I organize my day for learning as an example:

There’s tremendous value in practicing creative-based skills first thing in the morning. It’s true also for shortly before going to bed too, to help the brain work on the information you feed it overnight.

That being said, consistency remains the most important thing. If it’s easier for someone to be consistent when practicing at noon, then it’s better than in the morning like me if they can’t do it consistently.
