Love the spreadsheet! I’m pretty similar on that but use Airtable instead now.

As for improving on what you’re best at, I have an issue with that personally. How do you know what you’re best at unless you try many things?

In a way, that’s why I started to learn 3 skills a month 17 months ago. It turns out, I’m a much better writer than I thought I would ever be. If I didn’t try it, I would have remained a software engineer only. I can also do photography. I’m completely fine with all these. But if I didn’t try them, I wouldn’t have known.
