I love rock-climbing, especially bouldering. The gym I was going to had a special section for really hard to solve mental problems. They were my favourite.

Oh absolutely. One of my favourite quotes is this one by Marcus Aurelius:

“It is not death a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live.”

I “begin to live” every day now! Life is too short not to conquer our fears and live to the fullest, whatever that means for each person.
