Thanks for the comment. I’m glad you replicated my results. You are better than me at reading. I have much to learn from you. While most people would think I read a lot, I actually don’t. I want to read more.
While I do wake up at 5am in the morning, I don’t think it’s necessarily a keep component of “success”. Having distraction-free time to practice self improvement activities though, is critical. For some it will be very early in the morning, for others it will be late in the evening.
However, and I’m no expert on the subject, but it’s important to realize what times of the day our brain works better for which type of activity. From what I’ve researched, we’re more creative shortly after waking up, therefore I do creative things in the morning.
I think our brain “schedule” doesn’t change much from one person to the next, so it’s worth investigating to try to incorporate the right types of activities based on the time of the day.
