Hey Tom, thanks for the comment. My answer will either surprise you or bore you haha:

I don’t prep.

The only thing is I’m consistent in writing after I wake up.

A lot of times, I write about topics I’ve read about recently and feel like I have enough experience on the subject to write about it. But it’s not like I have any clue what I’m going to write about, even before I even start typing.

Most (like, 98%) of my stories were born from getting into flow after waking up and just starting to type. Even my 19-minute-read post was written like that, though it took 3 hours instead of 1.

I think ultimately, if I didn’t read books or try new things all the time, I wouldn’t find as much inspiration to write.
