Would you mind elaborating on the comment? Are you saying that it’s not possible to write 300 words of good content in 30–45 minutes? Why not? Or you mean the fact that it’s for “practice” is a waste of “space” on Medium?

I think I get you point. Some people probably won’t start very good and it adds to the “pollution”, but I found Medium to be surprisingly good at filtering good vs bad stories. The accountability you get from publishing a piece makes it so you learn really quickly to write better. Of course it’s not true of everyone but I did see incredible improvements in writers’s skills here.

My own two cents. I’m intrigued to hear others’ thoughts on this.
