Great story Federica di Vito. I used to care a lot more about keeping projects alive but not so much anymore. I see life more as a series of experiments. I try many things and focus on things that work for me and drop “failed” experiments.
When my roommate asks me what I did today, I often half-joke that I started a new project or startup. My writing and my photography are examples of successful experiments. Most of the rest isn’t, and that’s completely fine by me. I had no idea when I started writing 14 months ago that I would still be writing today. I just wanted to improve.
If I didn’t try, I wouldn’t know. Projects that I love and have some success in basically keep themselves alive without me really thinking about it.
