Here’s my quick answer to that: you’re absolutely right, under one circumstance: It will do that it you’re not consistent in your “acting”.

If you are consistent, after a while — a short while in my experience — you will ultimately become what you act.

Consistency is KEY. Not just in this, but almost everything you do.

I should also add patience to the mix. I say short while, but you won’t become Elon Musk by acting like Elon Musk for a short while. It took Elon Musk 46 years to become Elon Musk. You could become a part of him in a short while though.

So yeah, impatience and lack of consistency are pitfalls to that for sure.
