Dave Schools I think I’m with you here. Maybe I wouldn’t have been 6 months ago, but I am. And 100% on the dog thing. A lot of people told me to get a dog until I’m ready for a kid. Truthfully, I’d rather go all the way and have a kid than a dog, for the same reasons you mention. “Similar” responsibilities, more “meaningful”.
