Awesome tips Jake, thanks for sharing. Completely agree on public speaking. It’s a skill I’m actively seeking to improve, for the same reasons you mention. Agreed on Managing Oneself and Toastmasters as well. Great point on focusing on the weaknesses that matter in one’s life.
