5 Ways to Keep Yourself Accountable

No, they’re not that easy — because accountability just isn’t easy

Recently, I signed up for a nearby climbing gym. To help keep me accountable, I decided I would go for a brief period of 30 minutes daily. While this won’t make a pro climber any time soon, it will be enough to create a habit out of it.
