5 Ways to Be a Whole Lot More Positive in your Life

And breed it for those around you

Recently, I met a new friend, let’s call him Pete, who has been having daily panic attacks. This has been happening for a month, but prior to that, it was never a thing for him.

He was telling me about his 12 ongoing projects, his physical health issues, and all the negativity around him. I could relate on many levels.

With all that, it’s normal that his body isn’t reacting normally. The panic attacks should definitely get checked, but if he didn’t feel stress at all from all that, it would not be normal.

I think we live in a world where too many projects, health issues, and negativity are all too common sadly. For the first two, there are plenty of resources on how to get them in order.

Sadly, not enough people talk about negativity in our environment. Yet, negativity is dangerous both for our minds and bodies. Negativity breeds more negativity.

Years ago, I opted out of it — as much as I could at least.

Pete and I firmly believe that changing to a positive mindset can be greatly beneficial for him, but also for anyone else in a similar situation.

So, how can you be more positive? How can you breed positivity around you?

1. Be grateful for every little thing
